Booking Acknowledgment
Before booking, clients must check the box confirming: “I have read and agree to the salon’s policies.”

 

Nonrefundable Deposits
All booking deposits are nonrefundable.

Late Arrivals
We allow a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $25 late fee applies if we can still accommodate your appointment. Service is not guaranteed after the grace period. If we cannot accommodate you, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Deposits remain nonrefundable.

 

Walk-In Clients
Walk-ins are welcome; however, clients with booked appointments receive priority, even if they arrive after you. If we begin your walk-in service and an appointment client arrives, your service may be paused while we attend to that client. We will resume your service as availability allows. Please allow extra time, as wait times may vary.

 

No Children or Extra Guests
No children or extra guests are permitted unless they are receiving a service.

 

Color Consultations
If you are not already a client of BPEAChY Hair Care & Salon Suites, you must book a consultation before booking any color service beyond natural dark shades, such as black or dark brown.

 

Payments
All forms of payment are accepted.
